Data controller
The controller of the personal data this site handles is its author. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data through the contact page and, if you are not satisfied, complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
No accounts, no cookies of its own
MiniFold has no sign-up or log-in and sets no cookies of its own. There are no ads or ad trackers either. The only third-party cookies may come from the tip panel on the contact page (see “Tips”).
What your browser keeps
The character you are editing, your saved characters, the print sheet and your theme are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). They don’t leave your computer, because there is no server to receive them. You can clear them from your browser settings.
PDFs and images are made on your own computer.
Usage measurement
To know how many people visit the site I use the statistics of Cloudflare, which hosts it: aggregate figures of visits, countries and browsers, with no cookies or personal identifiers.
Also, every time you download a PDF the download is counted with GoatCounter, a statistics service with no cookies. All it receives is that a PDF was downloaded, with no data about the character or about you. Its script loads at that moment and not before, and if you block it the download works just the same.
Tips
The contact page includes Ko-fi’s tip panel (ko-fi.com), which loads when you open that page and may use its own cookies. If you tip, Ko-fi and Stripe handle the payment under their privacy policies: MiniFold never sees your card details. I only get the amount and, if you write them, your name and message.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which may log technical data of each request (such as the IP address) to run and protect it, under its own privacy policy.
Contact
For questions about this page, write to me through the contact page. Whatever you send is only used to reply to you.
The contact form is hosted by Tally (tally.so) and only loads when you press its button. Tally stores what you write, your email if you choose to leave it, your language and the MiniFold version you write from. Tally has its own privacy policy. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed, and you can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
